As an avid woodworking enthusiast, I have to give a shout out to Woodcraft for quality service and rock solid recommendations. While this post is not Pen Turning related, it is about quality folks.
I am currently commissioned to build a mudroom bench and locker like cabinet for a family member. I wanted to ensure that I had a great quality bench top seat and I was struggling with the type of wood, color for stain based on the type of wood, and currently don’t have a planer/joiner to use rough cut wood. I brainstormed with them and was able to get a quality piece of rough cut Walnut and figure out out to get a square edge, to use a discounted piece of wood that will be perfect.
They went above and beyond to help out. Shameless plug, I do purchase many of my impulse pen turning kits from WoodCraft to satisfy my urge when I don’t want to wait for my online orders. This is another example of why I continue to purchase from them.
